Accommodation information

All exhibitors are advised to book their hotel accommodation well in advance. GUARANT International (further referred to also as the Congress Secretariat) has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for the FDI World Dental Congress 2026 handle all related arrangements. A number of hotels of various categories at reduced rates are available for participants.

Catering

Refreshments will not be provided for participants and exhibitors during the FDI 2026 congress. There are places located within the exhibition area where you can purchase light refreshments. It is not allowed to use your own catering at your exhibition booth without prior consent from the organizers. Exhibitor Registration

All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the company name. Exhibitor registrations allow access to the exhibition area and shall be used by company staff only. Exhibitor Badges will be ready for pick-up on-site. On-site registration and issue of badges will take place at self-check-in stati­ons. You will receive a QR code before the Congress via email. You can print the QR code or use your mobile device to obtain your badge. Each participant is kindly requested to wear the name badge when attending the Congress. There will be registration desk available in case of any difficulties.

Please note we need to receive the list of the exhibitors till August 10 at the latest - name, surname, e-mail address.

The exhibitor badges provide access to the exhibit area only while the exhibition is open. Additional exhibi­tor badges can be ordered for 350 EUR + 21% VAT in advance or on-site, additional full registration will be provided by the registration department for standard delegate price. Please collect your badges before the event opens otherwise you will have problems entering the exhibition. Exhibitor badges can only be issued to companies that have paid all participation fees related to the exhibition.
