Orders received after this date or on-site may cause considerable delay in build-up procedures. All services and supplies are subject to availability. Services ordered after the deadline will imply the following surcharges:
30% until the beginning of the set-up (until 31st August 2026)
50% for onsite orders (from 1st September 2026)
To maintain an open, safe and visually accessible exhibition environment, all exhibitors are required to design their stands in accordance with the following regulations.
The maximum permitted construction height for exhibition stands is 5 metres from the hall floor to the highest point of the structure, including signage, lighting and any suspended elements.
All stands must be designed to remain visually open to the aisles. Walls, large equipment or structures placed along open sides facing the aisles may cover no more than 65% of the total length of that side. At least 35% of each open side must remain visually open to allow clear lines of sight into the stand.
Island stands must remain accessible from all four sides and peninsula stands from three sides. The openness requirements described above apply to each side facing an aisle.
The organiser reserves the right to review and request modifications to any stand design that, in the organiser’s opinion, does not maintain sufficient openness, visibility or safety within the exhibition area, even if the above rules are technically met.
If you plan to build a wall higher than 2.5 m on the boundary with a neighbouring stand, please ensure that the portion of the wall above 2.5 m facing the neighbouring stand is cleanly finished, white, and free of any branding, graphics, or logos.

All exhibitors are advised to book their hotel accommodation well in advance. GUARANT International (further referred to also as the Congress Secretariat) has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for the FDI World Dental Congress 2026 handle all related arrangements. A number of hotels of various categories at reduced rates are available for participants.

Refreshments will not be provided for participants and exhibitors during the FDI 2026 congress. There are places located within the exhibition area where you can purchase light refreshments. It is not allowed to use your own catering at your exhibition booth without prior consent from the organizers. All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the company name. Exhibitor registrations allow access to the exhibition area and shall be used by company staff only. Exhibitor Badges will be ready for pick-up on-site. On-site registration and issue of badges will take place at self-check-in stations. You will receive a QR code before the Congress via email. You can print the QR code or use your mobile device to obtain your badge. Each participant is kindly requested to wear the name badge when attending the Congress. There will be registration desk available in case of any difficulties.
Please note we need to receive the list of the exhibitors till August 10 at the latest - name, surname, e-mail address.
The exhibitor badges provide access to the exhibit area only while the exhibition is open. Additional exhibitor badges can be ordered for 350 EUR + 21% VAT in advance or on-site, additional full registration will be provided by the registration department for standard delegate price. Please collect your badges before the event opens otherwise you will have problems entering the exhibition. Exhibitor badges can only be issued to companies that have paid all participation fees related to the exhibition.
