How to get your ticket

Free Public Transport in Prague for FDI 2026 Participants

To use this benefit, please download and activate your electronic ticket through the PID Lítačka mobile application before travelling.

Follow the steps below to download and activate your ticket.

How to download and activate your ticket

Step 1: Download the PID Lítačka App

Download the PID Lítačka mobile application on your smartphone using the link or QR code provided.

The application is available for:

• iOS
• Android

Once installed, open the application.

No registration is required to download your FDI 2026 ticket.

Step 2: Receive your personal activation code

Your personal activation code will be sent to the email address used during your FDI 2026 registration.

Please keep this email safe.

Important:
The activation code can only be used once. Without this code, you will not be able to download your complimentary public transport ticket.

Step 3: Download your FDI 2026 transport ticket

If you do not have a PID Lítačka account or app yet:

1. Open the PID Lítačka application.
2. On the login screen, select “Redeem one-time code”.
3. Enter the activation code received by email.
4. Enter the following email address:

karesova-e@guarant.cz

5. Confirm and download your ticket.

If you already use the PID Lítačka application:

1. Open the app.
2. Go to:

More → Redeem one-time code

3. Enter your activation code.
4. Enter the following email address:

karesova-e@guarant.cz

5. Download your ticket.

Alternatively, you can scan the provided QR code to open the correct section directly.

Step 4: Activate your ticket before travelling

Your ticket must be activated before your first journey.

To activate your ticket:

1. Open your ticket in the PID Lítačka application.
2. Tap the “Activate” button.
3. Confirm activation.

Please note:

• Activation is possible from 1 September 2026.
• The ticket must be activated at least 2 minutes before boarding public transport or entering a fare-controlled area.
• The ticket becomes valid 2 minutes after activation.

Step 5: Ticket validity

Your complimentary FDI 2026 transport ticket is valid:

From: 00:00 on 4 September 2026
Until: 23:59 on 7 September 2026

The ticket is valid within Prague public transport zones:

P, 0 and B

The ticket includes:

• Metro
• Trams
• Buses
• Other Prague public transport services included in these zones

The ticket is not valid for:

• Airport Express (AE) buses, Train services and Transport outside Prague (zones 1, 2, 3 and further)

Important information

Please remember:

• Each activation code and QR code is unique and assigned exclusively to you.
• Each code can only be used once.
• After downloading your ticket, it can be found under:

Tickets → Tickets

• During ticket inspection, please show the QR code displayed in the ticket details.

Important notice

Please do not uninstall the PID Lítačka application after downloading your ticket.

If you remove the application from your device, all stored data, including your ticket and used activation code, will be deleted.

The same activation code cannot be used again after it has already been redeemed.
