No, you must contact the FDI World Dental Congress Secretariat at fdiwdc2026@guarant.cz. Write what specific change you need to make and wait for a reply. If possible, do not pay any fees until the correction is made.

Yes, please log back into your registration profile using the password you received by email when you first registered. You can order the social programme directly in your user zone.

This means that the hotel is currently sold out.

For group registration (more than 5 participants), please contact the FDI Congress Secretariat at fdiwdc2026@guarant.cz. Each delegate within the group will be eligible for a discount.

For groups of 5-9 participants, a 5% discount will apply.
For groups of 10+ participants, a 10% discount will apply.

No, this is not possible. The official currency of the event is EUR, and all services must be paid in EUR.

Please note that invitation letters for visa purposes can only be issued to people who have completed the registration process and paid the registration fee. Participants can download their invitation letter in the registration profile after paying the registration fee.

The final invoice will be sent automatically to the e-mail address you used for registration within 2 days of receiving the payment.

The detailed scientific programme is published here: https://2026.world-dental-congress.org/scientific-programme. Currently, there is no downloadable version available. However, as the Congress approaches, a Congress platform will become available where you will be able to mark the lectures you are interested in attending. The programme will neither be recorded nor shared online.

Yes, all lectures will be translated into several languages using AI, including Czech. Please bring your headphones and mobile phone with you if you would like to use the AI translation service. A power bank is also recommended.

If this is not possible, headsets and mobile sets will be available for rent on site. Moreover, Czech subtitles will be displayed on the screen during all presentations.

Yes, several types of certificates will be provided. All certificates will be available for download directly from the Congress platform. The following certificates will be provided:

• Certificate of attendance
• Certificate of active contribution (Free Communication or ePoster)
• Certificate of received ADA CERP accreditation points

Volunteers are welcome to participate in the Congress. However, due to organizational reasons, volunteers must be able to speak Czech or Slovak.
