World Dental Parliament

The FDI World Dental Parliament will take place over six days in Prague, alongside the FDI World Dental Congress. Participation in the Parliament is limited to FDI members and includes the Open Fora, the NLO Forum, and the FDI General Assembly. The FDI General Assembly (GA) is the supreme legislative and governing body of FDI.

The GA sets FDI policies, the strategic plan, missions and aims, and monitors progress on their achievement. Registered delegates of FDI Member Organizations meet once a year to approve the annual budget and reports, establish the annual subscriptions, hold elections, receive and take necessary action on reports of the Council, and elect Regular, Associate, Affiliate and Supporting Members. FDI members attending the FDI World Dental Parliament are also welcome to attend all FDI sessions scheduled in room D7 and D8-9. To take advantage from the scientific programme, they are encouraged to register for the FDI World Dental Congress and the social programme, and to promote these activities within their national associations. With the group registration offer, national dental associations can encourage participation without taking on administrative or financial responsibilities.

How does it work?

• Identify colleagues and peers who may be interested
• Contact the congress secretariat to obtain a discount code
• Share the code so participants can register and pay individually

There is no need to manage registrations or payments on behalf of the group.

Group discounts:

• 5–9 participants: 5% discount
• 10 or more participants: 10% discount

Discounts apply to each individual registration.

To recognise FDI members’ promotional efforts, FDI will reward the most represented country. As every year, the country (excluding the host country) with the highest number of registered participants for the congress will receive a complimentary table at the gala dinner (equivalent to 10 tickets, each valued at EUR 350).

The winner will be determined based on registration figures as of 31 August.

Ambasador programme
