Group Registration FAQ

To initiate a group registration, please contact the Congress Secretariat of the FDI World Dental Congress 2026 at fdiwdc2026@guarant.cz with the estimated number of participants in your group.
Group registration applies to more than 5 participants.
For groups of 15 participants or more, a group agreement/contract must be signed before proceeding.
Once all required steps are completed, registration codes will be issued to your group.

Each delegate within a group is eligible for a discount based on the group size:

• 5–9 participants: 5% discount
• 10 or more participants: 10% discount

Please note that discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.

Before receiving registration codes, you will be asked to provide:

• Estimated number of participants
• Billing details (company name, address, VAT ID if applicable)
• Information about payment responsibility

It is important to clarify in advance:

Whether the company/organization will cover all registrations, or whether participants will pay individually.
This information is necessary for proper invoicing and registration setup.

No. Registration codes can only be issued after all required information is provided and, if applicable, after signing the group agreement.

No, discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount or promotional offer can be applied per registration.

Yes, once registration codes are issued, participants can register individually using their unique codes. Detailed instructions will be provided together with the codes..
