A EUR 20 fee will apply for the re-print of a badge if the original badge is lost.

The Cloak Room will be located next to the Registration Area on Floor 2, easily accessible from the Main Entrance. Luggage storage will be available, and the Cloak Room service will be provided free of charge.
All delegates will receive a name badge upon registration on-site at the self-check in kiosks, located at the entrace area of the congress venue.
Each badge contains a unique QR code, which includes the participant’s ID. The QR code can be scanned to provide access to all purchased services and Congress activities, including social events. Therefore, please remember to always bring your badge with you throughout the Congress, including to social events.
A QR code will also be available on the back of your name badge, providing access to your digital business card and contact details. You may choose to allow exhibitors to scan this QR code using a QR code reader provided by the organizers when visiting the exhibition. By consenting to the scan, you agree to share relevant information with the exhibitor. QR codes will only be scanned by exhibitors with the participant’s consent.
REGISTRATION AT THE VENUE/ SELF-CHECK IN
On-site registration and badge collection will take place at the self-check-in stations. Before the Congress, you will receive a personal QR code by email. Upon arrival, please use the QR code at the self-check-in station, either from your mobile device or as a printed copy, to print your name badge.
To help you avoid queues on the opening morning, we strongly recommend collecting your name badge one day before the Congress.
Pre-registration will be available on 3 September from 10:00 to 17:30 at the Congress venue. Simply stop by, collect your badge, and you can head straight to the Congress programme on 4 September without waiting in the registration queue.
A Registration Desk will be available on-site in case you experience any difficulties with registration or badge collection.
We kindly ask that all payments are made online before your arrival at the event. Any outstanding balance can be paid in advance through your personal profile in the registration portal: https://fdi2026.confea.net/en/user-zone
If you have any unpaid balance, please proceed to the Registration Desk upon arrival, where the outstanding payment can be settled by credit card or cash.
Each participant is kindly requested to wear their name badge throughout the Congress.

Please note that the official language of the entire scientific programme is English. AI-powered live translation
will be available across all scientific sessions in the O2 Arena, E1, E2, D3-4, B1, and B2 rooms, in up to 16 languages. (Confirmed: Czech, English, German, Polish, Hungarian, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese, Ukrainian, and Russian).
The translation will be accessible via an AI-powered app.
To use the AI-powered live interpretation, please follow these steps:
Scan the QR code or open the BeeyLive link in your browser and slect your preferred language. iPhone users can access the platform via Safari, however, Chrome is recommended for optimal performance.

Free communication
Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format, preferably as a PPTX file, and upload it via the FDI 2026 Congress Platform in advance. The maximum file size is 200 MB, and accepted formats are PPTX, PDF and MP4.
Please check your presentation at the Speakers Ready Room in Hall G4 before your session. If submitting your presentation on-site, please bring it on a USB flash drive or external HDD/SSD and submit it at least.
60 minutes before your session; presentations for morning sessions should be submitted the day before.
Personal laptops cannot be used for presentations.
ePosters
Please prepare your e-poster in portrait format (67 × 96 cm) as a single-page PDF and upload it via the FDI 2026 Congress Platform by 1 September 2026 using the same e-mail address as your congress registration. The maximum file size is 200 MB. Only e-posters uploaded by the deadline will be eligible for the Best Commented e-Poster Award.

Dress code: Elegant attire. Black tie is welcome, but not required.
Transfer Service: A shuttle service will be provided from the Stages Hotel and Clarion Congress Hotel Prague to the Gala Dinner and back, ensuring a convenient and comfortable journey for all Gala Dinner attendees. Buses will depart from both hotels at 18:50.
Return transfers from Prague Castle to the hotels will depart at 22:00, 22:30, and 23:00.
You can also reach Prague Castle by public transport or taxi.
By public transport, take tram 22 and get off at Pražský hrad stop. Alternatively, you can take a taxi to Lví Dvůr Restaurant (located next to the tram stop Pražský hrad). From this point it is only 3 minutes walk through Castle Bridge and you will reach Courtyard II, where the hostess will guide you to Matthias Gate.
The entrance to the Spanish Hall is via the Plečnik Staircase.

FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FOR CONGRESS AND PARLIAMENT PARTICIPANTS
In support of this international event, the City of Prague is offering all attendees free public transport (MHD) valid from September 3 to 8, 2026.
To use this benefit, you will need to download and activate a free electronic ticket via the PID Lítačka mobile application. Please follow the instructions below:
- Download the PID Lítačka app . Please note that the ticket is valid on one device only.
- Wait for your personal activation code – the code will be sent to the email adress you used to register for the congress 2–3 days before the ticket validity period begins.
- Activate your ticket – open the PID Lítačka app and enter your personal code in the “Redeem one-time code” section.

ADA-CERP CREDITS Continuing Professional Development
0.25 ADA-CERP credits will be allocated per 15 minutes of session. The credits allocation will be based on the exact time spent in the session room.
To be eligible for credits, participants must:
- Attend a minimum of 15 minutes per session
- Scan their badge on entering AND leaving the room
- Log in to the Personal Page at the Online Certification System here: https://fdi2026.gcon.me/personal-page/personal-presence
- Online Certification System is part of the Congress Platform with the same login credentials.
- Evaluate the attended sessions
ADA- CERP Verification Statement, Congress Certificates of Attendance and, when applicable, Presenter Certificates will be available for download at any time from 07 September. Participants will receive personalised access to the download area by email. Certificates requiring attendance verification and/or completion of evaluation forms (i.e. ADA-CERP Verification Statement) will become available once the relevant requirements have been met.
CZECH/SLOVAK ACCREDITATION
- 8 credits per day
- 32 credits for the whole Congress
